2. Nature of Services

Moon Healing Alchemy offers energy healing services including Reiki, Pranic Healing, Crystal Energy Work, Shadow Work & Release, Chakra Balancing, Aura Cleansing, Lunar Cycle Healing, Distance Healing, and related wellness services provided by Chandini Botre.

Important disclaimer: Energy healing services are complementary and holistic in nature. They are not a substitute for conventional medical diagnosis, treatment, or care. Moon Healing Alchemy does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

Energy healing sessions are intended to support general wellness and relaxation. Results vary between individuals. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

3. Health Disclaimer

By booking a session, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following:

• Energy healing is a complementary practice and not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
• You will continue to work with any healthcare providers currently treating you.
• You will inform Chandini of any relevant health conditions, medications, or mental health history prior to your session.
• If you are experiencing a medical emergency or mental health crisis, you will contact emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

4. Booking and Payment

Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of payment or completion of the booking process. Full payment is required to secure your appointment.

Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change. Current pricing is always displayed on our services page.

Sessions are charged at the rates listed on our website at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before a session: full refund or rescheduling at no charge.
• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before a session: session credit for future use (no refund).
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session or no-shows: session is forfeited with no refund or credit.

6. Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your session, please contact us within 48 hours so we can discuss your experience. We are committed to your wellbeing and will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not automatically granted. Completed sessions are generally non-refundable, as the service has been delivered.

7. Distance Sessions

Distance and virtual sessions are conducted via secure video call (such as Zoom or Google Meet). You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a private, comfortable space for your session.

Technical difficulties on the client's end that result in a session being cut short or unusable do not automatically entitle the client to a refund or rescheduling. Please contact us and we will assess the situation individually.

8. Client Conduct

We are committed to creating a safe, respectful space for healing. We reserve the right to end a session and decline future bookings if a client behaves in a manner that is disrespectful, threatening, or inappropriate toward Chandini or any representative of Moon Healing Alchemy.

9. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions — including personal disclosures, health history, and session content — is kept strictly confidential. We will not share this information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Moon Healing Alchemy or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
