Terms & conditions
Last updated: September 29, 2026
These terms apply to sessions and readings with Chandini Botre of Moon Healing Alchemy and to your use of this website. By booking a session you agree to them.
What sessions are, and are not
Reiki, Pranic Healing, crystal work, chakra and aura work, shadow work, moon-phase sessions, Human Design readings and astrology readings are complementary practices offered for relaxation, reflection and wellbeing. They are not medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment. Chandini does not diagnose conditions, prescribe, or advise you to change or stop any treatment. Please keep seeing your doctor, therapist or other licensed provider for any health concern.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or your local emergency number. Sessions are not an emergency service.
Who can book
Sessions are for adults aged 18 and over. If you are pregnant, have a serious medical or mental-health condition, or are under active treatment, please tell Chandini before your session and check with your provider.
Online sessions
All sessions are held by video call. You are responsible for a working device, a stable internet connection and a private, safe place to sit or lie down. Please do not take part while driving or operating anything. If the connection fails, Chandini will try to reconnect or arrange the remaining time.
Booking, payment and cancellation
Your free 30-minute consultation has no charge and no obligation. Session prices are listed on the sessions page; prices for Human Design and birth chart readings are confirmed during your consultation. Payment details, and the notice needed to reschedule or cancel, are confirmed when your session is booked. If you need to change a booking, let Chandini know as early as you can.
Readings
Human Design and astrology readings depend on the birth details you provide. They are offered as frameworks for reflection, not predictions, and should not be relied on for medical, legal or financial decisions.
Website content
Guides and tools on this site are general information. Moon, eclipse and planetary times are calculated with care but may differ slightly from other sources. All text, illustrations and the Moon Healing Alchemy name and seal belong to Moon Healing Alchemy and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Moon Healing Alchemy is not liable for decisions you make based on a session, reading or website content, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
