Distance Reiki is Reiki given without the practitioner being in the same room. It has long been part of how Reiki is taught, and a video call is one way to do it: you can see and hear each other, and you rest while Chandini works.
People often describe the same sensations they'd expect in person, such as warmth, tingling, heaviness in the limbs or a quieter mind. Others notice very little during the session and feel the difference later that day. The scientific evidence for Reiki, in person or at a distance, is limited, so the honest way to judge it is by your own experience of a session.

Energy healing during hurricane season
Hurricane season runs from June to November, and for people around Tampa Bay it can mean weeks of watching forecasts, preparing the house and waiting. Some people book a session in those months simply to have one hour that is set aside for rest.

Do you have a studio for reiki in Tampa?
