This policy explains what information Moon Healing Alchemy ("we") collects through www.moonhealingalchemy.com and how it is used. Questions go to moonhealingalchemy@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • Details you send through the enquiry form: your name, email address, optional phone number, the session you are interested in, your message, preferred times, your browser's time zone and, if you ask about a reading, your birth date, time and place.
  • Emails you send us and the replies we exchange with you.
  • Basic usage data if analytics are enabled on this site (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity): pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you move around a page. These tools use cookies or similar technology.
  • The moon sign calculator runs entirely in your browser. The birth details you enter there are not sent to us or stored.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, arrange your free consultation and sessions, and prepare readings you have asked for. We use analytics data only to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Sharing

Form messages are delivered by email through Google (Gmail). Analytics providers process usage data on our behalf. Otherwise we only share information if the law requires it.

Keeping it safe and how long

We keep enquiry emails for as long as they are useful for your sessions, and delete them on request. No online system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive medical records through the form.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing moonhealingalchemy@gmail.com. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

Children

This site and our sessions are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
