Moon Phase Healing, Shaped by the Lunar Cycle
Moon phase healing is energy work shaped by where the moon is in its monthly cycle: setting intentions at the new moon, building through the waxing phase, releasing at the full moon and resting as it wanes. Chandini Botre's 60-minute Lunar Cycle Healing session (pay what feels right) reads the current phase and designs the session around it, combining energy work with ritual and reflection. Sessions are held by video call, wherever you live.

Why people come
What Lunar Healing can help with
"I want to let something go"
A habit, a relationship, an old story about yourself. People often book near the full moon or in the waning phase, which are traditionally linked with release.
"I want to start something new"
The new moon is the traditional time for planting intentions. A session can help you get clear on what you want and set it with care.
"I feel the full moon in my body"
Many people notice they sleep differently or feel more emotional around the full moon. A session gives that energy somewhere to go.
"I want a rhythm for my inner work"
Following the moon gives you a monthly structure: a time to begin, a time to act, a time to let go, a time to rest.
Step by step
What happens in a session
Free consultation
Book your free 30-minute exploration call through Book a session. Chandini can suggest a date that falls in a phase suited to what you want to work on.
Reading the moon
The session opens with the current phase and the zodiac sign the moon is in, and what that tends to bring up. You talk about how it relates to your own life right now.
Setting the intention
Depending on the phase, you name what you want to call in, strengthen, release or rest from. Chandini may guide a short reflection or journaling prompt.
Energy work
You lie down and rest while Chandini works with your energy from her side of the video call, shaping the work around your intention for this phase.
Ritual to take home
You leave with a simple ritual to carry through the rest of the cycle, such as making moon water, writing a release list, or a nightly check-in.

Folio I
The moon phases and their spiritual meaning
The moon moves through its cycle in about a month, and each phase has a traditional theme.
New moon: beginnings, intentions, planting seeds.
Waxing crescent and first quarter: taking action, building momentum, making decisions.
Waxing gibbous: refining and adjusting as things grow.
Full moon: illumination, emotion, completion and release.
Waning gibbous and last quarter: gratitude, letting go, clearing out.
Waning crescent: rest, reflection and preparing for the next cycle.

Folio II
Full moon meaning and ritual
The full moon is when the moon is fully lit, and spiritually it is associated with things coming to light: emotions rising, situations reaching a peak, and a natural moment to release what you no longer need. A simple ritual is to write down what you are ready to let go of, read it aloud, and then tear or safely burn the paper.
Many people also leave a jar of water out overnight to make moon water. The step-by-step version is in Full moon healing ritual.
Folio III
New moon ritual and intention setting
The new moon is the dark phase, when the moon is not visible. It is traditionally the time to start fresh. A new moon ritual can be as simple as lighting a candle, writing down a few intentions in the present tense, and keeping the list somewhere you will see it through the month.
New moon intention setting has prompts to help.

Moon Water: How to Make It and What to Do With It
Moon water is water that has been left out overnight under the Moon, usually a full moon, with an intention in mind. To make it, fill a clean glass jar, set your intention, leave it in moonlight overnight and bring it in by morning. Use it for rituals, plants, baths or cleansing your space, and only drink it if you started with clean drinking water in a clean, covered, food-safe container.
